Eduardo Anitua received M.D. in medicine and surgery at the University of Salamanca. He is specialist in stomatology by the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao, Spain), continuing studies on many visits to the United States (Philadelphia, New York, Miami, San Francisco,Chicago) and in Europe (Italy, Germany, France and Spain).

World renonwed pioneer of the bio-implantology and bio-regeneration techniques, he hols several patents related to the method of extraction and use of plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF) and its application in sports medicine. He has more than 100 research articles in National and International journals (TRENDS,PPAD, JOMI, JOI, Clinic. Dr. Vania Assaly graduated in 1986 from UNESP Sao Paulo - Brazil, and from the Nutrologist Brazilian Medical Association. She later specialized in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of Sao Paulo. She attended several events in Brazil, Europe and the United States since 1992 in the field of Functional Medicine (IFM), regenerative medicine and anti-aging medicine (A4M). She is currently the director of the Institute for Personalized Medicine, in São Paulo, Brazil. Dr. Ricardo Baroudi, M.D., graduated in 1957 from the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo, Brazil, having also completed various post-graduate residencies in Plastic Surgery at the Child Clinic Hospital and University Hospital in São Paulo.
A renowned specialist in Plastic Surgery, with a distinguished professional career, Dr. Baroudi was twice the President of the Brazilian Society for Plastic Surgery, the President for the International Society for Aesthetics, as well as the Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Baroudi is also the author of the book “Body Contouring Surgery” (2009).

Dr. Alfredo Belzuzarri, M.D., is the medical director and founder of the “Clínica la Fuente de la Juventud“ www.hghantiaging.com in Marbella, Spain. He was born in 1940 on the shores of the Amazon River in the peruvian Amazonía. His father an M.D. teached him traditional medicine and he became a Shaman. In 1957 he came to Europe to study medicine. After his graduation as M.D. in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Madrid in 1965, he become a member of the Colegio de Médicos de Madrid with the number 13,197; and practiced medicine in Madrid and in other European countries where he had the opportunity to work with members of the team of Professor Chain and Dr. Rolinson from UK and Professor Brotzu from Italy. Prof Borba is an assistant Professor at University of São Paulo, the Chief of the Oculoplastic Service at Hospital de Olhos Paulista and and Oculoplastic Surgeon of Albert Einstein Hospital SP Brazil. Prof. Dr. André Luís Borba obtained his Medical Degree from de Faculty of Medicine of the University Estadual Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil in 1994. He specialized in Ophthalmology and Oculoplastic surgery by University of São Paulo from 1995 to 1997. Prof. Dr. Adriano A. Bordalo is an associate professor at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of Porto (Portugal). Graduated from Moscow State University (MSc Biology, 1982) and Porto University (PhD Biomedical Sciences, 1992). sHe is the head of the Laboratory of Hydrobiology, whose research ranges from microbial ecology to climate change; from biogeochemistry to ecosystem health. Since 1997 has been involved in tropical studies (SE Asia) and more recently (2006) in West Africa, linking water quality to human health in an effort to fight against poverty through the design of sustainable measures to be implemented locally.

Professor Dr. Giuseppe Carruba is currently the Director of Experimental Oncology at the Department of Oncology, ARNAS-Civico, in Palermo, Italy, and is also a Lecturer in Oncology at the Medical School of the University of Palermo. 
Professor Dr. Carruba obtained his medical degree and board certification in medical pathology at the University of Palermo, as well as a Ph.D in Biochemistry at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Professor Carruba ‘s interests are in the field of cancer and he has researched and published his findings extensively, having received many awards for his work, including the Italian Foundation for Cancer Research Award. Dr. Manuel Neves e Castro is a specialist in Gynecology and Endocrinology. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, where he obtained his medical qualifications, he undertook postgraduate training at Clark University (Worcester, Mass.), University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Medicine (Philadelphia) and the Medical College of Augusta (Augusta GA). He is the Founder, Past-President and Honorary President of the Portuguese Menopause Society, the Founder and Past Vice-President of EMS (Paris), the Founder, Past Vice-President and Honorary Member of the European Menopause and Andropause Society (Switzerland) and a Past Executive Committee Member of the International Menopause Society. Currently engaged by the Neves e Castro Clinic of Reproductive Medicine in Lisbon, Portugal, Dr. Neves e Castro is a member of numerous medical societies in North America, South America and Europe, as well as holding visiting ...professorships at: Jefferson University School of Medicine (Philadelphia), University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Washington University (St. Louis, Mo.) and Gama Filho School of Medicine (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). Dr. Antonio Marco Chover graduated from Medicine and surgery in 1982 from the University of Valencia, Spain. Currently, he is a vice-president of Brussels based ECPM (European Council of Doctors for plurality in medicine) as well as vice-president for Spanish society of Organotherapy. He is a member of the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine and of the American College for Advanced Medicine (A.C.A.M.).

Dr. Maria Manuela Cochito, M.D., graduated in medicine at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Lisbon in 1985. She is a dermatologist since 1992 and a member of the Portuguese Society of Dermatology and Venereology. She is also a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, of the American Academy of Dermatology, and of the Portuguese Group of Surgical Dermatology. She is the founding member of the Portuguese Society Interdisciplinary Medical Laser, founder member of the Portuguese Group of Cosmetic Dermatology. She has written a large number of scientific communications and publications in both national and international congresses as well as in scientific publications.

Dr. Manuel Ferreira Coelho, M.D. , FEBU, graduated from Medicine and Surgery at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He is specialist in Urology and Andrology, and he is Senior Physician in the Urology department of the Hospital Fernando Fonseca and Hospital dos Lusiadas. He is Fellow of the European Board of Urology, and he is a full menber of the European Society of Urology imaging (ESUI). Post graduate in Sexual Medicine since 2004. Currently, he is the General Secretary of the Society of Portuguese Andrology, and member of the European Association of Urology and European Society for Sexual Medicine. He has written a large number of scientific publications, published a book – “US doppler in ...Andrology”, and has made a large number of communications in both national and international congresses. 

Dr Francisco Llano Corona, M.D., obtained his M.D. from The Universidad Nacional Autonoma de México (UNAM), he studied Anti-Aging medicine and Aesthetic Medicine, he lectures in different Universities in México and Latin America, he has presented scientific conferences in many International Medical Congresses in topics such as Theories of Aging, Stem Cells and regenerative Medicine, Predictive Medicine, Apoptosis, and Healthy Aging. Dr. Llano is actually the International Medical Director of Kurabiol Laboratories (Anti-Aging therapies from Switzerland), and also the Medical advisor of Florida Laboratories, making and interpreting genetic tests.

Dr. Óscar Prim da Costa, M.D., was born in Luanda-Angola in 1967. Graduated in Medicine in1992 at Escola de Medicina e Cirurgia, Universidade do Rio de Janeiro - Brasil. He obtained is medical degree in Portugal from Faculdade de Medicina de Lisboa in 1993. Graduated in Maxillofacial Surgery in 2002 at Hospital de São José, Lisbon, where he`s a consultant since 2005. His main work at Public Hospital has been on Face Traumatology and Orthognatic Surgery. His private practice has been focused in Facial Aesthetics, Implantology and Pre prothetic surgery, at Maxfac - Clinic of Facial Aesthetic Surgery in Lisbon and Porto, of which he is clinical director. Has done post graduated post training in Rhinoplasty at University College of London - England, Implantology in Madrid - Spain, and Ortognathic Surgery in San Sebastian. Cátia Curica is the Pharmaceutical responsible in the company Organii – Cosmética Biológica, a company, which is dedicated to the distribution of organic cosmetic brands in Portugal. Since teenager with girls scouts she loved the nature and was a plant enthusiastic!
She made the Erasmus program in Holland in the pharmacognosie department. After college she did a Post-graduation in Medicinal plants and medicines based on plants and she is currently finishing a Master degree in medicinal plants. She also took a course in Traditional Chinese Medicine by the ESMTC (Escola Superior de Medicina Tradicional Chinesa).

Prof. Dr. Yeouda Edoute is currently the Head of Department of the Internal Medicine C, Rambam Medical Centre, as well as the Associate Professor, Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa, Israel. With a long and distinguished career both professionally and academically, spanning more than thirty years, Prof. Dr. Yeouda Edoute research interests cover the areas of myocardial ischemia, cardiac arrhythmias, aspirative cytology, electrolytes and acid base regulation; Prof. Dr. Edoute has published his research findings extensively; he is also a member of international professional sociteties, namely the Israel Society of Medicine. The Israel Society of Cardiology, the Israel Society of Internal Medicine, the American Physiological Society and the International Society for Heart Research European Section.

Prof. Dr. Maria Eugénia Webb received her Ph.D. in Phytochemistry at the University of Reading (UK) (1989). She started her academic carrier in 1980, at the University of Aveiro. Three years later moved to the New University of Lisbon, Faculty of Science and Technology, where she implemented “Ecological Biochemistry” as a new area of study. Always linked and working in diverse environmental subjects, Prof. Maria Webb collaborated with the Ministry of Environment and with several Municipalities. For the last 15 years she is very much dedicated to the implementation of diverse projects concerning animal well-being. Over the past years Prof. M. Webb has been featured in many radio and television programs.

Dr. Carlos Evangelista M.D., was born in 1957, and was graduated in 1984 from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Lisbon University, Portugal. Always interested in orthopedics, he recived is formation in the Orthopedic Hospital of Santana,Parede,Portugal,where he has been working for the last 22 years as orthopaedic surgean. His main work has been in the area of hip and knee replacement, with particular interest in elderly patients, developing and increasing minimal invasive systems. He is member the Portuguese Orthopedic Society and the Portuguese knee Society. In the last 20 years he has developed his own private clinic, and has also been responsable since 2002 for the Clinic IMC Cascais, now CUF Cascais, orthopaedic center.

Dr. Lai Yun Fee, medical doctor graduated in Lisbon University on 1975, was graduated as specialist of Plastic Surgery on 1987 in S. José Hospital, Lisbon, made 3 years of post-graduation in S. Paulo, Brazil. From 1991 till 2002 worked as plastic surgeon Director in Macao Government Hospital and during this period performed many aesthetic surgeries, mamoplasties with reduced scars and several hand replantations. In 2002 Dr Lai Yun Fee moved to Egas Moniz Hospital in Lisbon and works actually in The Plastic Surgery Department as Consultant Chief and does research in morbid obesity, breast surgery and sleep breathing disorders, inflammatory hormones, metabolic syndrome and antiaging.

Prof. Dr. Joelma Duarte de Souza Ferreira obtained her degree in psychology from Universidade Lusíada in Porto, Portugal and her doctorate degree in clinical 
neuro-psychology from Salamanca University in Spain. Professor Dr. Ferreira currently provides professional counselling services at Clínica Optométrica e Oftalmológica in Barcelos (Portugal), Sexto Sentido in Vilas das Aves (Portugal), Centro Óptico das Fontainhas in Balasar (Portugal), and Gabinete de Psicologia Helena Morais in Porto (Portugal). Professor Dr. Ferreira has published various newspaper articles on a variety of psychology issues, as well as journal publications of her research results conducted in the region ...of Barcelos. 

Graduated as M.D. by the HSM, University of Lisbon, in 1977, is a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics since 1989. Focused on gynecological endocrinology, menopause and anti-ageing is a founder’s member of the Portuguese Society of Menopause and member of the EMAS (European Menopause and Andropause Society) and has attended several courses on anti-ageing prevention and non invasive techniques. Expert on Anti-Ageing Medicine by the University off Seville, in 2009, has been invited as a speaker for several radio and television programs and many scientific meetings. Clinical Director and President of the Administration Board for ten years of a private medical institution in Cascais, IMC, is at this moment, the responsible for the gynecology and obstetrics center at the Clínica Cuf Cascais (CCC) and also a member of the Administration of CCC.

Dr. Zeferino Biscaia Fraga, M.D., is currently the Service Director for Plastic Reconstructive and Maxilo-Facial Surgery at Hospital Central, as well as the Head of Department for Plastic Surgery – Head and Neck, for Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental, in Lisbon. Dr. Zeferino Biscaia Fraga is a recognized specialist in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetics by The Portuguese Medical Association, having graduated from the Medical Faculty of Universidade Clássica in Lisbon in 1973. In 2005, he was decorated by the President of the Portuguese Republic with the Order of Merit in the category Grande Ordem Honorífica de “Grande Oficial”.        

Dra Mara Fragomeni, graduate and received her medical degree from University of Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil. Following a residency in Plastic Surgery and received her tittle  at the Plastic Surgery Brazilian Society.Post-graduate specialty in Aesthetic Mecidine from the Aesthetic Medicine Brazilian Society. Prof. Dr. Franco Fraschini, is currently a Full Professor of Chemotherapy, and the Chair of Chemotherapy at the Department of Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine in the University of Milan. He has held the positions of Vice-President and President of Italian Society of Chemotherapy. He has also been a Director of Postgraduate School of Chemotherapy, University of Milan. He also is the Chief Executive of the PhD school in Psychiatrics and Relational Sciences and the Director PhD School in Chemotherapy, Faculty of Medicine, University of Milan. He is a Member of the National Consulting Committee on technical Issues of Drugs and Medications and a Member of the National Drug Consulting Committee, Italian Health ...Ministry. Prof. Dr. Franco Fraschini has a PhD in Endocrinology, from the University of Turin, 1959-60. He is also a graduate of Medicine and Surgery, of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Milan, 1957/58. He has published 531 papers on national and international Journals., among these, 147 in pineal gland, melatonin and its analogs field.

Graduated in 1990 from the “Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada”, with a degree in Clinical Psychology. In 2002 she did her Master degree at the Lusófona University in Sexology. She has extensive experience in psychotherapy and sexual therapy.

Dr. Aubrey de Grey is an author and theoretician in the field of gerontology, and the Chief Science Officer of the Methuselah Foundation. De Grey is the author of the mitochondrial free-radical theory of aging, and the general-audience book Ending Aging, a detailed description of how regenerative medicine may be able to thwart the aging process altogether within a few decades. He works on the development of what he has termed “Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence“ (SENS) - a tissue-repair strategy intended to rejuvenate the human body and thereby allow an indefinite lifespan. To this end, he has identified seven types of molecular and cellular “damage“ caused by essential metabolic processes; SENS is a proposed panel of therapies to repair this damage.[1] The scientific community is skeptical of de Grey`s claims; a review of SENS by 28 scientists concluded that none of de Grey`s ...therapies “has ever been shown to extend the lifespan of any organism, let alone humans“.[2] De Grey has been interviewed in recent years in many news sources, including CBS 60 Minutes, BBC, the New York Times, Fortune Magazine, the Washington Post, TED, Popular Science and The Colbert Report. His main activities at present are as Chief Science Officer of the SENS Foundation[3] and editor-in-chief of the academic journal Rejuvenation Research.

Dr. Victor Junqueira, M.D. has a medical degree with a post-graduate specialty in surgery. He also holds a Master in Morphogy and Anti-Aging from the Faculty of Medicine in Paris 13, Bordéus 2 e Montpellier 1. He has post-graduate studies done in Sports Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine in Lisbon and in Mesotherapy from the Faculty of Medicine in Marseille, France. Dr. Staffan Lindeberg, is an Associate professor at the Department of Medicine, University of Lund, Sweden. During his training in Family Medicine he became interested on evolutionary aspects of healthy eating. In the years around 1990 he led surveys in a non-western population in Kitava, Trobriand Islands, Papua New Guinea, Western Pacific, who apparently do not suffer from stroke, coronary heart disease, diabetes, overweight or hypertension. His research group has recently published the first randomized controlled trials of a Paleolithic diet in animals and in humans. He is an often invited speaker across Europe on the concept of paleolithic diet (Old Stone Age diet) in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and overweight. He still works part-time as a GP.

Tsering Paldrön was born in Lisbon and lived in France and Belgium for more than 20 years. She became Buddhist in 1974 and received teachings and initiations from more than thirty lamas. Noel Thomas Patton, founder and chairman of T.A. SCIENCES®, is a graduate of Indiana University (1969) with an Honors Degree in Philosophy. She is also Fellow of the European College of Medical Biopathology and has several publications in Endocrinology, Prenatal Screening and Nutrition.

Cristina Sales, was born in 1956, she graduated from the School of Medicine in the Classic University of Lisbon in 1982. She specialized in Familiar Medicine in 1996 and has the degree of Consultant of Familiar Medicine. She is registered in the Portuguese Medical Order and possesses the title of Specialist on General and Familiar Medicine and has the medical competence in Acupuncture (2004). As a Family MD integrate the permanent group of the National Health Service from 1986 to 2006 in the ARS of O’Porto. Always interested on promoting the larger therapeutics approaches in preventive and healing medicine, specially directed for chronicle and degenerative diseases, she is constantly implementing her formation on multiple medical areas. Luís Bettencourt Sardinha is professor of Exercise Prescription at the Faculty of Human Movement, Technical University of Lisbon. Currently is President of the Portuguese Institute of Sports. Dr. Paula Sequeiros was born in Lisbon in 1960, and obtained her medical degree at Faculdade Ciências Médicas de Lisboa in 1984. She did two years training as general practitioner in Hospital Egas Moniz and Hospital de S. José, both central hospitals in Lisbon. Graduated in stomatology at Hospital Pulido Valente (Lisbon) in 1990 and subsequently graduated in maxilo-facial surgery at Hospital de S. José (Lisbon) in 1993. From 1984 to 1995 Paula practiced both at Public Hospitals and at her private clinic in Lisbon, to which she fully dedicated herself from then onwards. She has been focusing her practice in oral rehabilitation and dental aesthetics, having done extensive post-graduate training in those areas in Brazil, US and Spain. Dr. Márquez-Serres was born in Barcelona, Spain in January 4th of 1956. He has received his M.D and PhD from the University of Seville, Spain. Upon completion of his plastic surgical training, he completed an Inter-European Master degree in surgical and medical Laser at University. Dr. Márquez-Serres was the founder and president of Centro Láser Quirúrgico Europeo. Prof. Dr. Ricardo Silvestre received his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology at the University of Connecticut under the supervision of Dr. William Kraemer and Dr. Jeff Volek. Much of Dr. Silvestre`s research focused on the metabolic and endocrine responses to exercise and various dietary interventions. Prior to his doctoral training, Dr. Silvestre received a Masters Degree in Exercise and Health from the University of Human Movement in Lisbon. Currently, Dr. Silvestre is a senior officer at the Portuguese Institute for Sports, where he evaluates and counsels high performance athletes. He is also an invited Professor at the University of Human Movement where he teaches “exercise in health and disease”. He also collaborates with the Ministry of Science and Technology to study the efficacy of exercise interventions in university students. Dr. Hélder Silvestre graduated in medicine at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Coimbra. He is a specialist in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and member of both the Portuguese and International Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery societies, having done his speciality at the Hospital de São José, in Lisbon, Portugal. Dr. Simopoulos is the President of the Center for Genetics, Nutrition and Health in Washington, DC. Dr. Simopoulos graduated from Barnard College, Columbia University with a major in chemistry and received her MD from Boston University School of Medicine. She is a pediatrician and an endocrinologist whose research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) focused on the genetic and nutritional aspects of endocrine disorders. Dr Trindade is a board certified family physician who has sub-specialized in Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. She is a graduate of the fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr Trindade is originally from Açores and speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish. Dr Trindade received her medical education in the United States, obtaining her BA from University of California Santa Cruz, her Masters in Public Health (MPH) from San Diego State University in the areas of Epidemiology and Environmental Health and her MD from University of California Davis. Dr Ronald Virag was born in 1938 in Metz , France, he graduated from the Paris Faculty of Medicine, specializing in cardio-vascular surgery. At the turn of the seventies, his interest focused to clinical research in vasculogenic erectile dysfunction (ED), a field where he became a pioneer. In 1982, he published in the Lancet his discovery of the intracavernous injection of papaverine which initiated a revolution in the treatment of male impotency. He developed techniques to evaluate ED and original vascular operation such the deep dorsal vein arterialization. In 1986, Dr. Ronald Virag was awarded, by the American Urological association, THE LATTIMER prize. He received also a career award from the European society of sexual medicine ESSM. He belongs to several international boards in sexual and vascular medicine. He currently runs a private clinic dedicated to ED and prevention of vascular diseases and ...anti-aging. His Present research is dedicated to the improvement of local treatment of ED and to the prevention of vascular diseases and endothelial dysfunction.

Dr. Ivan de Weber holding a PhD from the University of Geneva is specialized in genetics of ageing. He is co-founder of Diagnogene, a Swiss company providing genetic testing and doing research in the private sector, notably in the field of genetics, oxidative stress and life extension. He will present a work correlating oxidative stress, genetics and ageing.

Susanne Wiigh-Mäsak is a graduated in Biology, Ecology and Geology at Gothenburg University. She started her career as a teacher giving lectures in subjects concerning composting and ecological lifestyle. Susanne went on working as an environmental engineer at a petrochemical industry in Stenungsund. Thereafter she started Grönskan, an ecological garden including a store and educational services. The work got the attention and a Royal prize from the Swedish King and gained widespread recognition from a wide variety of organisations. With visitors from all over the world, Grönskan quickly became a well known and appreciated place to visit.
Meanwhile, Susanne was thinking about an ecological form of burial. The three principles; mulching, rotting and burning, were a constant element her composting courses, along with the knowledge that humans were not given the opportunity to be a part of the ...ecological cycle with traditional forms of burials. When she finally had the chance concentrate on burial, with her only concern being her vegetable business during the follow autumn and winter, all the pieces of the puzzle fell into place. A trial introduction of the idea to smaller groups was met by positive reactions during 1999 and 2000, and in May 2001 the first press conference was held. Some years later, Promessa Organic AB was started after years of mental preparation. The first patent registration found place, concerning “Method for mouldering“. The project was introduced soon afterwards at a press conference in Stockholm.
