Congress Registration

To register you can either click here to complete the registration application online and pay via our secure PayPal system using your credit card, or alternatively download the PDF form below and pay using wire or “multibanco” transfer.

If you choose to register by paying via wire or “multibanco” transfer, please follow the instructions below:

1. After filling in the registration form that you have downloaded, please fax it to +351 214 821 387.
2. After sending this fax please make payment via wire transfer as per the instructions given in the downloaded form. Make sure you provide the reference of your name and the name of “Congress Registration” in the wire transfer. Please keep a record of your payment.
3. Once we receive payment, we will send you a confirmation form via email.
