Fitness Trainer Certification 2 Day Course

A4M Iberia has partnered with IFPA, the World Leader in practice Fitness
Education, to offer a two-day course, on May 29th and 30th 2008, for
personal trainers attending to the IFPA certification.
The IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification is the core program
for safe and effective personal training, which increases fitness and
nutrition knowledge. IFPA is the only IACET approved certification organization currently
in existence, which is NOCA/NCCA accredited. IFPA certifications and
courses meet the highest possible quality standards in education and
testing.What you will learn by taking the IFPA Personal Trainer Certification:
• Muscular Physiology, Cardio-respiratory Physiology, Energy Metabolism
and How it Relates to Design of a Program
• Adaptation to Exercise & Applied Exercise Physiology

• Motivation, Behavior, and Personal Training BusinessWhen taking an IFPA certification, trainers will have the option of
signing in for two types of course:
-
PFT-Basic: includes manual, study guide, and the
two-day course. Cost: 425 Euros before May 15th or
475 Euros after May 15th
-
2PFT-Premium: includes manual, study guide, the
two-day course, plus three DVDs. Cost: 500 Euros
before May 15th or 575 Euros after May 15th

form. Once we receive payment, we will send you a confirmation form via
email. Dr Jim Bell, the founder and president of the International Fitness
Professionals Association, IFPA, (offers) will teach the two-day course
in Portugal on may 29th and 30th of 2008. Mr. Bell has personally trained
and coached over five thousand individuals ranging from elite world-class
athletes to the severely handicapped. Jim has trained 3 time National
Karate Champion Robert Fletcher, undefeated World Full Contact Karate
Champion, Terry Giles, and members of the 1996 U.S. Olympic Greco-Roman
and Freestyle Wrestling and Weightlifting Teams. The National Congressional
Committees Business Advisory Council named Mr. Bell 2003 Businessman
of the Year.Teresa Manafaia is the IFPA Business Education Manager in Portugal.
Teresa has been teaching fitness professionals for more than 10 years,
in nutrition, fitness assessment, exercise prescription for healthy adults
and special populations. She’s been invited for international conventions
in Portugal and Brazil and works as fitness assessment team coordinator
at Ginásio Clube Português.
